EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM

The EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM provides an even wider viewpoint than the EF 17-40mm. Here the horizon is pushed further into the distance, putting less emphasis on the setting sun and capturing a larger, wider view of the surrounding landscape. Three aspherical lens elements and one Super Ultra-Low Dispersion lens ensure you get outstanding picture quality. In the example above, you’ll see more detail on the trees on the left and more of the sky. And there is greater detail in the swirling cloud formations, delivering a heightened sense of drama. The ring-type Ultrasonic Motor makes for fast and silent autofocusing as well as full-time manual focus that lets you get as close as 9.5 inches.
